The following case is involving a tumour in forehead sinus. The doctor wanted to open a kind of window to the sinus and extract the tumour. In order to close it, the doctor wanted to use an autograph, a piece of the patient’s skull.
For this surgery, we planned 2 PSIs, one to resect the infected sinus, and the second to cut the exact piece which complete the void in the sinus.
